MaxDecisions welcome Iris Ma from University of Rochester, New York. as our newest Data Analyst.

Irish has a double master degree from University or Rochester where she earned a degree in Business Analytics as well as from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Accounting.

Irish is a key member of our Direct Mail analytics team where her daily contribution creates a transparent environment for MaxDecisions’ clients. She is well versed in several data analytics languages such as Python, SQL, R, Tableau, Spark, Hadoop, Pig and IDEA.

She interned at Deloitte Consulting, LLP in China.

Iris has background from both business analytics and accounting. Iris is currently in charge of generating daily Direct Mail report to monitor mail responses and default risks and developing portfolio reports and analysis for clients to make decisions.
